South Peak Resort Home Owner’s Association includes all the homeowner services you would expect from a resort and more. We strive to make our delivery of services match our extraordinary surroundings. They include:

• Board of Director Relations
• Landscaping and plowing of common areas
• Management of common areas: roads and parking areas, water systems, cable systems, common open lands
• Homeowner assessments and collections
• Insurance
• Trash removal in common areas
• Accounting and billing

The South Peak Resort Community Association and Riverside Terrace Condominium Associations’ property are managed by Linda Matheson, Harvard Management Solutions, Inc. Linda is involved in the oversight of property maintenance such as plowing, landscaping, associations’ budgets, billing, and dues. If you have any questions or would like more information contact:
