Integrated Ski Trail & Lift Networks

First Class Lift Access to Loon Mountain Skiing

South Peak Resort homes are ideally located for skiing Loon Mountain’s 55 acres of new, intermediate, & expert terrain. Our homeowners have the option to ride the owner ski lift up to South Mountain’s Pemi Base Camp, then catch the high-speed Lincoln Express quad and Tote Road connector quad chair to get to Loon Peak.  It’s all downhill from there!

Not only are the lifts and trails fully integrated into the South Peak owner experience, but South Peak’s own private warming hut sits within Loon’s Pemi Base Camp. The hut offers a warm and relaxing respite from the cold mountain air, a cup of hot coffee or chocolate and then you’re good to get back on the slopes. If you’re tuckered out for the day, you may choose to ski-in to your home via optional access bridges built out from your back door to the ski back trails.

Whether you are just learning to ski or snowboard or you’re more advanced and looking for your next challenge, Loon offers a unique and exciting adventure. The mountain offers a variety of terrain, making it a great choice for all abilities, and the mountain is always improving.
