Here owners enjoy the luxury of their own first-class ski lift. This double chair lift runs over Crooked Mountain Road to South Mountain’s Pemi Base Camp area next to the Lincoln Express Quad and the South Peak homeowners’ warming hut.
From there you can catch the Lincoln Express Quad all the way to the top of Loon Mountain to enjoy the many trails the area offers. Whether you want to grab a quick lunch or are finished for the day, your ski mountain home is a quick run away. Some owners even build ski-bridges from their back doors to the ski trails. Nothing can compete with the convenience of this particular amenity.
Private use of South Peak Resort’s Riverside Connector Lift is open for its second season this year, providing many homeowners with convenient ski-in/ski-out access to all Loon Mountain trails!
